19th Annual Cronometro Bike Swap Registration
This web page is for those of you who are interested in renting space at the Bike Swap. Registration will open November 1st, 2009. The floor layout for 2010 will be similar to that of 2009; however, we are not accepting requests for specific locations. Available for rent are the typical 8 ft tables, as well as 10 ft by 10 ft areas (we call them EXPO spaces) near the entrance of the Hall. As always, we will attempt to accommodate special requests. If you want to have a table or tables adjacent to another seller you must send in your registration forms together. As always, priority is given to those who register EARLY.
The cost of a table is the same as last year, $50.
MORE IMPORTANTLY: Please get your registration postmarked by December 11, 2009 before the cost per table increases to $70.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATION, you will receive an email confirmation. On the registration forms, please make sure your name and address is clear and legible.
Select the appropriate registration form depending on whether you wish to rent one or more tables or an EXPO space - 10x10 ft with two tables and chairs if desired. Complete the form, and mail with your check to the address listed on the form.
ATTENTION: Please mail your form(s) and payment to the address listed on the registration form and here. Since registration forms are NOT handled by Cronometro, please do not drop them off at the bike shop. For this reason, please consider registering sooner, rather than later. Thanks.
